During the tide popper grinds I had 30 minutes of tide blessing which is easy to get and was the 1.03 buff. Petal wand grind: the method used was chasing bubbles and blue bombs to keep bloat up.

Tide popper, i am a mid game player but still, tide popper is better if you have diamond mask and a blue hive, just go for tide popper man. Tide popper, those materials are more useful for that first. Since you still need to finish the quests, you might get the planter first. 250 quest takes a bit.
