The fallout from the Canadian women's soccer drone scandal at the 2024 Olympic Games continues months after the event's conclusion.

An independent review of drone use by a staff member of Canada's women's soccer team at this year's Paris Olympics showed a "pattern of unacceptable culture" and lack of oversight, Canada Soccer said on Friday.

An investigation into conduct by Canada Soccer revealed "a pattern of an unacceptable culture and insufficient oversight within the national teams," the organization's CEO said.
