Ong is a village in Clay County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 49 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Hastings, Nebraska Micropolitan Statistical Area. Ong was platted in 1886 when the Burlington and Missouri River Railroad was extended to that point. It was named for Judge Joseph Eli Ong, the original owner of the town site.
